Traditionally, the spring vendor meeting is held the weekend before the opening of the Market, but this year, that happens to be Easter weekend. Because of the holiday, this year we are holding our spring vendor meeting on April 12th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the basement at Life Covenant Church located at 800 N. Hoback, Helena, Montana. Please join us to see what’s in store this year.
We will hold a Tuesday market in Main Street Park in East Helena from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in early July thru early September. These dates have not yet been set, so watch our website for details. There is no charge to any vendor wishing to attend this market. Please check in with Dot Vieth upon arrival. As was done last year, we will sponsor four non-profit days in Women’s Park during the Saturday market. This is free and open to all Montana non-profits on 06/21, 07/19, 08/16, and 09/20 (the third Saturday of each month).
In addition to the non-profit days, we also have 4 spaces available each week specifically for charitable organizations. These spaces are located on the concrete patio areas behind the sidewalk at the North end of the Market. Only 501(c)(3), charitable non-profit organizations are eligible to purchase these spaces at the same Day Vendor rate of $25.00 per 10 feet of space. Please get the word out to any organizations who qualify. Please have any interested persons contact the Market Manager for additional information.
