Although the current weather makes it seem like spring will never come, the 2025 Market Season is just around the corner.
We have already begun confirming reservations for the 2025 season and have started adding new folks to our wait list who wish to reserve.

2024 Reserved Vendors who will NOT be reserving for 2025.
If you were a reserved vendor for the 2024 season, but have decided not to reserve a space for the 2025 season, please contact the Market Manager ASAP to confirm you will not be reserving a space this year. Contact information is at the end of this letter. As mentioned above, we already have a wait list going with at least 30 folks who wish to reserve a space. Your help is greatly appreciated to help us move through this list as efficiently as possible.

RETURNING RESERVED VENDORS:
If you had reserved space(s) for the 2024 season and wish to reserve space(s) for the 2025 season, a minimum of $30.00 per space and the 2025 Vendor Data Sheet must be received by the Market by April 1st 2025. This is a change from previous years. 04/01/25 is your deadline. Please do not miss it. All balances owed for any reserved space must be paid in full by June 1, 2025. If we do not have at least your $30.00 per reserved space down payment by April 1st, 2025, you will lose your reserved space(s) and they will go back into the pool to be available to reserve by any other vendor.

NEW RESERVED VENDORS:
If you did not have reserved space(s) for the 2024 season, but are interested in reserving space(s) for the 2025 season, please contact the Market Manager so we may discuss details and place you on our wait list. DO NOT send in any amount of money until the Market Manager has finalized the space that will be assigned to you for the 2025 season.

For the 2025 season, day vendor fees will be $25.00 per 10’ X 10’ space and the reserved space fee will be $250.00 per space without regard to the number of spaces being reserved. There will be no discount for reserving multiple spaces. Vendors may reserve up to a maximum of 5 spaces.
The Market starts the last Saturday in April (26th). This year the Vendor Meeting will be held April 19th. Vendors will be notified of date, time, and venue prior to the meeting. If at least $30.00 per space is not received on or before April 1st, a space that was reserved by a vendor in the prior year will be deemed open and free to reserve to any other vendor or sell to a non-reserved vendor. The Farmers’ Market Manager must know which spaces are reserved and which are available at the start of each Market Season.
Open spaces may be reserved by a previously unreserved vendor at any time before June 1st with a down payment of at least $30.00 per space and prior confirmation and agreement by the Market Manager. The full amount of the reserved fee must be paid in full by June 1st. If a previously unreserved vendor wishes to reserve a space for the season after June 1st, the request must be made in writing to the Market Manager. The Market Manager will evaluate the request and confirm or deny based on the current season’s needs to keep certain spaces open.
